Welcome to Rudie’s Seafood and Sausage,
an East Nashville neighborhood joint offering seasonal, hand-crafted food.
At Rudie’s, we focus on whole animal butchery and curing, with a passion for creating house made sausages (andouille, bratwurst, beef cheddar, green chili, togarashi, polish). Our seafood is brought in fresh from a few direct sources including Hama Hama Oyster Co. and Kelly and Chris Seafood. Our pigs are raised at Byler Farms, an Amish farm located in Summertown.
We also feature seasonal foods as well as vegetarian / vegan plates (vegan hot chicken, hot damn!), homemade desserts, and a full bar serving original house cocktails and Belgium beer in the traditional style, which includes the appropriate glassware and temperature.
Rudie’s is a friendly, neighborhood seafood joint with an open kitchen, a tip sharing/team-based culture with a great outdoor patio right in the heart of East Nashville’s Riverside Village.
