Kitchen Menu

Our focus is whole animal butchery and curing, with a passion for creating house made sausages (andouille, bratwurst, beef cheddar, green chili, togarashi, polish). Our seafood is brought fresh, our pigs are raised locally, and we feature seasonal as well as vegetarian / vegan plates, homemade desserts, and a full bar serving original house cocktails and Belgium beer in the traditional style, which includes the appropriate glassware and temperature. Be sure to visit us for dinner, brunch or swing by for late night snacks, drinks, and good music.
